I think I've stated before that I am not very adventurous when it comes to my food. I am also not very good with spicy food. So I was very surprised to find myself holding a "Flaming Peanut Butter Burger."

It's a win-win situation with booth #65 at this year's Fall Festival. You can get a delicious sandwich and help out a great cause at the same time.

When you're down at the Fall Festival this week, be sure to stop by the booth for The Turning Pointe UMC #112-G. Chow down on some serious comfort food - a grilled cheese and bacon sandwich. It's definitely worth it!

If you go to the Fall Festival long enough, you will probably find that there is an item, or several items, that you simply must have before the week is done. What is your item?

I might be a little biased here (okay a lot), but I recommend very strongly that you visit the Golfmoor Little League booth (#95) when you're at the Fall Festival this week. Their "Walk-Off Chop" and "Screwball" are straight yummy!

Wednesday afternoon as I was enjoying a beautiful day at the 93rd Annual Westside Nut Club Fall Festival, I noticed a group of girls coming together and then the music started.  Here's what happened just a few feet from the WKDQ booth!

The City of Evansville will once again offer lunch time shuttle service to the West Side Nut Club Fall Festival for Civic Center employees, downtown workers and other area residents from Monday, October 1, through Friday, October 5.

Monday is the start of the 91st annual Fall Festival!!! The second largest street festival in the country!!!

You can almost feel the excitement in the air! (despite the heat and humidity)  Within a few weeks Franklin Street on the west side of Evansville will be transformed into one of the biggest festivals in the nation.  The first sign that the 2012 Fall Festival is just around the corner is this year's Munchie Map!

Dear City Council/Deaconess Health System/Nut Club/whoever the hell this needs to go to, I got beef, and I don't want my Fall Festival next year to offer any option where I can have a lack there of.

A little booze here and there makes any event at least a little more entertaining, whether it's a birthday party, a sporting event, or even the 90th annual West Side Nut Club Fall Festival.
