There is NO question that Will Ferrell is one of the greatest comedians of all time. He has given us some classic comedy gems, and introduced us to a number of other great comedic actors. One thing I love most about his films are the outtakes. His improvisational skills are awesome. Honestly, I'm not sure how these guys don't crack up more often.
