Steve Harvey Announces the Wrong Miss Universe 2015 (video)

Sunday night was the Miss Universe Pageant and if you didn't watch it, don't worry, EVERYONE is talking about the highlight of the night...Steve Harvey reading the winners card wrong and announcing the WRONG Miss Universe. He corrects himself way too late, the correct Miss Universe is crowned, and extreme awkwardness ensues.

In defense of Steve Harvey, he handled the situation as best he could, he apologized multiple times on various social media outlets

AND...THIS was the card he had to read from:

"ELIMININATION"? That's not even a word...

And I understand the separation of 3rd and 2nd place from 1st...but the wording....If you just glance at the card your eyes immediately just go to "2nd" and "1st", not the "runner up" part. So, it's easy to see how he mistook "1st" to mean "Winner".

It's okay, Steve, we all make mistakes. Your's, unfortunately, just so happened to be on LIVE TV.
