Ryan Lochte's sister has some words for the Chinese...and none of them are too kind.Take that back though, she really has only one. Apparently the Olympians sister is not a racist...but in fact a stand up comedian who just really really really sucks at what she does. Man, how many times will the Lochte's disappoint us this year?!
