Siamese’s Synth-Charged Pop-Metal Unfolds on ‘Ocean Bed’

Siamese, the pop-metal collective from Denmark, are closing in on the release date of their fourth album, Super Human. The first taste of their new album came with the opening track, "B.A.N.A.N.A.S.," which sampled Gwen Stefani's "Hollaback Girl." Now, they're teaming with Loudwire to bring you "Ocean Bed," a more somber track, lyrically.

Awash in lush synths and atmospheric lead guitar textures, "Ocean Bed" is an unforgivingly tense track where even the most uplifting moments can't shake the ominous feeling.

"My favourite track on the album. No contest," comments singer Mirza Radonjica-Bang. "This song is written after talking to a guy at one of our shows one late night. It‘s sad that people who are sick mentally have to be, or are forced to focus so much on getting better quickly. Not so much for them to get better, but so they can stop being a problem for their friends and family. That’s really sad. 'Ocean Bed' is by far one of the saddest songs I’ve ever written."
