Picked by his co-inmates, this song was sang when he arrived for his first night in jail. Sandusky was convicted on 45 out of 48 counts, but still maintains his innocence. So pending his appeal, its probably going to be a lot of sleepless nights.

This one was easy. After a hit-and-run and chasing down her publicist with drugs in her pocket, Lohan spent a few days in jail. With an estranged father and a well publicized alcohol problem, she has 'crazy bitch' written all over her.

Wikipedia Joren Van Der Sloot - "Kokomo" by The Beach Boys
Going with the creep factor on this one. Van Der Sloot was a person of interest in a 2006 abduction and then turn around and killed a girl in 2010. I see a pattern there. From the island of Aruba, Van Der Sloot makes me want to avoid islands for awhile. This Beach Boys song doesn't help.

Wikipedia Scott Peterson - 'Come Sail Away' by Styx
Scott Peterson was convicted of his wife's murder in 2004. He apparent had a mistress, who he called during a candlelight vigil for his missing wife. He claimed he was in Paris with 'new friends'. His wife, Laci, was later found in San Franciso Bay. Needless to say, I would stay away from boats with that creeper.

Somehow, despite the evidence against her, Casey Anthony was cleared of her daughter's murder last year. While her child was missing, Anthony was photographed partying. She was on probation on unrelated charges, and appeared in a leaked YouTube video.

Lets end things on a lighter note. Ryder was busted back in 2001 for stealing over $5,000 in merchandise from Saks Fifth Avenue, in Beverly Hills. She pleaded no contest and took a misdemeanor charge. She took a four year hiatus from acting.
