River City Pride Hosting Masquerade Ball on Halloween

River City Pride is planning for their Hocus Pocus Masquerade Halloween Ball to take place on Thursday, October 31st at the Coliseum in Downtown Evansville. The event will include a kids party, including a costume contest, from 5 - 7:30pm. Beginning at 8pm and continuing until midnight, the adult party will take place with an unmasking and costume contest at 11pm. Games, live music, drag performances, dancing, a cash bar and more will be included in the night's festivities. This will be a Halloween event for everyone. Admission for those 12 and under are free. Admission for teens, $10 and 18+ $15. Couples can attend for just $25. All of the proceeds for the evening go to benefit River City Pride, the area's newest organization working "to unite, educate, and serve the LGBTQ+ and supportive members of the community in Evansville and surrounding areas. To celebrate and advocate our history while providing a safe space for networking and outreach where all who attend may be themselves."
