Rat Takes a Shower Like It’s a Normal Thing To Do

It's a rat....taking a shower...like a human...

I haven't had many encounters with rat's in my life. I think my only 2 rat encounters have been 1. the rats they have on sale at pet stores, and 2. a rat I saw one time in the subway tunnel in New York. Those are two completely different types of rats, but neither of them showered like a human. (At least, I don't think they did...)

But apparently this fancy pants rat in Peru does, and he's gone viral.

Rat's, despite being known for living in nasty places, actually like to be clean. I think rats and humans just have a different definition of what "clean" is.

But apparently some lines got crossed and this little Peruvian rat bathes like a human being. I mean, he washes his pits and everything...
