It's about time we get some news on The Pretty Reckless. Vocalist Taylor Momsen has started working on the band's next album in Seattle, Wash. — and apparently with Soundgarden and Pearl Jam's Matt Cameron.

Momsen posted a photo with Cameron on her Instagram, writing "Wait til you hear this," referring to The Pretty Reckless's upcoming fourth album, and calling the drummer "incomparable." The photo was taken inside London Bridge Studios in Seattle, and the pair sported matching wristbands. A few days prior, she posted a photo of a switchboard with the caption, "Big things in the works." See the photos below.

The vocalist has worked with Cameron before, particularly when she sang with Soundgarden at the "I Am the Highway" Chris Cornell tribute back in January. She's been a longtime fan of Soundgarden, and The Pretty Reckless even opened for the grunge giants on their very last tour in the spring of 2017, right before Cornell's death.

The Pretty Reckless' last album Who You Selling For was released in October of 2016, and the group toured several times throughout the following year. In April 2018, the group suffered the loss of their producer Kato Khandwala, with whom the members appeared to have a very close personal relationship. With the hardships the group have endured since their last album, it's exciting to see them getting started on their next project.
