Pat McAfee Quits NFL to Become a Comedian (No Joke)
The 29 year-old kicker for the Indianapolis Colts announced last night that he is retiring from the NFL, after 8 season, to focus on his dream...being a comedian.
He does realize that being a comedian is a SIGNIFICANT pay decrease compared to an NFL salary, right?
Although he will certainly be missed from the Colts and the NFL as a whole, he is a pretty funny guy. You've probably heard him one or two...hundred times on the Bob & Tom show. He's got a good start to achieving his comedy dream and I wish him the best.
He made the announcement "official" on Barstool Sports with a "press conference".
While the "press conference" itself made be fake, the news is very real.
