The school district in Ohio County Kentucky is taking a play from the Henderson County playbook. The schools in Ohio County have approved a new policy that will allow drug screenings for students that participate in sports or other activities as well as students with parking permits both in high school and junior high. Henderson County schools launched a similar policy a few years back. The hope is that it will deter students from using drugs and alcohol and to help identify those students who may be struggling with those substances.
