October 4th Is National Taco Day, And Taco Bell Is Allowing You To ‘Gift’ Tacos To Anyone
I celebrate everyday as National Taco Day but in reality, October 4th is National Taco Day!
Taco Bell is looking to spread a little love this year with a new feature on National Taco Day. It's called the Taco Gifter. It's the taco-gifting service you didn’t know you needed. Essentially what you do is visit Taco Bell's website or app on October 4th to gift a taco to anyone for any reason. Do you really need a reason to gift a taco to someone? Who doesn't appreciate a good taco, right?
Taco Bell is giving away a free taco to gift for the first 10,000 people who use Taco Gifter, but if you're not one of the first 10,000 people, you can still participate. According to a news release by Taco Bell:
To send a taco, download the Taco Bell app and find the platform in the Menu or visit tacobell.com/gifter. Whether a taco gift is being sent across the room or across the nation, the gifting process is simple and seamless. Users select a gif, enter the recipient's name, add a personal message, checkout and then send a unique URL to their taco-loving friend via text, email, DM or any other form of communication. Filled with a variety of gifs, fans will be able to spice up their gift with a gif fitting for any holiday, smalliday and everything in between.
They are also adding a seasonal gift wrap that will adorn all Taco Bell crunchy tacos for a limited time and while supplies last.
Oh, and here's the cool thing...
While Taco Gifter launches on National Taco Day, it will be a permanent addition to the app and website, allowing friends and family to share a taco with a loved one anytime, for any occasion or no occasion at all. With everything that has happened this year, the gift of a taco will go a long way. Feel free to gift me a taco (without lettuce please) anytime, I could always use a taco in my life!
