By now you've likely heard talk of Amy's on Franklin, the newest culinary venture from Amy Word-Smith owner of Lamasco Bar and Grill and untill recently, The Dapper Pig in Haynies Corner (now owned by Scott Schymik who also owns Sauced.) Amy's is located inside a purple, 19th century historic building on Franklin Street and is the newly remodeled home of "Midwest comfort food lovingly influence by the French Quarter, Mexico and Texas." Not only will you find delicious and delectable culinary treats from Executive Chef and General Manager, Jeremiah Galey but you'll also find a range of cocktails, beer and wine, as well as a custom humidor featuring a variety of offerings from Cigar! Cigar. Amy's on Franklin will be hosting a soft opening April 17th - 21st and the public is invited to come try out what Amy's has to offer. However, keep in mind this is a 21 and over establishment.
