Ma’am, You Can’t Drink A Beer During A School Board Meeting

We know these are tough times, but you (still) can't crack open a cold one during a school board meeting.

We've ALL wanted to do this. But most of us know better than to actually do it.

The woman in question, identified as WGNO as Linda Farley, admits that she was drinking a beer during the meeting. Her explanation as to why is, frankly, a little weird.

In a letter to WGNO, she said that she had been extremely ill with a kidney infection and was drinking the beer to "flush out" her kidneys.

Umm... shouldn't you use water for that? The National Kidney Foundation actually says on their website that beer won't help. Well, okay, they say that it won't help any more than any other liquid.
