NBC's crazy-successful singing franchise "The Voice" is already about to enter it's FOURTEENTH season tonight!  Not only that, but one of the episodes this week will feature a teen from North Posey!

Caitlyn Boyd has already been traveling around the country auditioning for the reality singing competition show.  Her journey began here in Posey County, Indiana where she developed her love for performing and even began displaying her talent at school concerts and talent shows according to the Evansville Courier & Press.  Her next stop was Indianapolis where she successfully auditioned in front of the show's producers.  After that, she went to Houston, TX to audition again.  She won them over with her rendition of "Hallelujah."

This weekend, Caitlyn got on a plane to Los Angeles, CA for the big time...  THE BLIND AUDITIONS!  Fans of the show will know this is the exciting time where she will get to try convince judges Blake Shelton, Adam Levine, Kelly Clarkson, and Alicia Keys to turn their chair around and give her a bid to be on their team.  Caitlyn told the Courier & Press that she's really hoping Blake Shelton turns his chair around the most due to his track record of success on the show.

Join me in wishing Caitlyn all the best on her journey to Hollywood, the music industry, and superstardom!
