Kurt Cobain’s 45th Birthday is Today!

It's crazy to believe that today he would have been 45 today, and the fact that in January Dave Grohl (Nirvana drummer/Foo Fighters frontman) turned 43.   Even though I was really young when Nirvana was in their prime, it doesn't seem all that long ago.

In 1994 at age 27 Kurt Cobain, took his own life.  Instead of remembering the tragic ending to the singers life, let's remember the good stuff.  Like the incredible music Nirvana made, that lives on.

In their short career with only 3 albums, (Debut album ‘Bleach’ to their biggest success, ‘Nevermind’ and their final album, ‘In Utero) Nirvana had an explosive impact on the music world.  So in Kurt's memory, let's raise our glass, and rock out to some Nirvana today!

I'm a huge Nirvana fan, it's hard to pick just one,  but I love their song 'In Bloom' off of their album Nevermind.  You can check out the video below, I think it's pretty funny (I mean seriously just check out Kurt's glasses) They made the video to look like something off of American Bandstand in the 1950's it's pretty funny, check it out below!
