Kat Came Across Some Cool Art In the Most Unlikely of Places [Photos]
Over the 4th of July weekend, I traveled up north to La Porte, Indiana. On the way, we passed through Lafayette where I saw some of the coolest art ever on the pylons of an overpass!
The artwork was so cool on this overpass, that on the way back to Southern Indiana, we pulled over to snap some pictures!
There were four of these pylons painted with various robots, including Wall-E, R2D2 and 3CP0.
After taking the photos, I realized that there is a signature on the piece. In the second photo on the right side it reads "ZMED 2012."
After a quick Google search on my smartphone, I discovered that this was actually painted by an Indiana artist named Zach Medler. It truly was an amazing site to see as we drove through Lafayette.
