Last week I ran into one of this year's West Side Nut Club Fall Festival organizers, and he told me there was a new menu item that would change my life. Update: He was right!

Let me introduce you to the Chicken & Waffle Sandwich:

Brandon McClish told me that his wife has been working for months to perfect the ultimate chicken and waffle sandwich. This one has to stand out in a very crowded Munchie Map. Well friends, let me tell you that this one is a keeper. The chicken stayed juicy, and you can choose from the sweet version, which is what I sampled, or the spicy version.

Our friends with GRANTED and Gayla Cake have a pretty sweet partnership. Gayla makes all of the Pumpkin Bread Pudding for their booth. Wow, it is so good! That, along with cookies, keeps her ovens busy all week long. And you can't pass by their booth without grabbing some Zombie Boogers!

I highly recommend the Grippos Crusted Grilled Cheese. This delicacy is back this year, and I can't believe that I didn't try one last year. I don't know who came up with the S'mores Grilled Sandwich, but they are genius.
