Grand Opening of the Enormous Owensboro Flea Market Set for March

If you're a fan of flea markets, you may already be familiar with Stewart Promotions and what they have done and continue to do for fans of such establishments. They're like concert promoters, but instead of live music, you get 50-year-old trinkets, tons of collectible Hot Wheels cars, and more decorative items than you can shake a stick at.

Flea markets or vendor markets--whatever you wish to call them--have been dotting the landscape with increasing frequency over the last decade. I, for one, am here for it. No, I don't have a house full of tchotchkes, but it's not for lack of trying. It doesn't matter that not every flea market visit yields results; they're always a blast for any treasure hunter. And Stewart Promotions does it like no other. They're the ones responsible for the annual Kentucky Flea Market in Louisville.

Thankfully, Stewart Promotions has discovered the cavernous Owensboro Convention Center and will produce four giant flea markets in 2025. The first one is set for March 28th through the 30th. It will be open from 2 PM to 6 PM on Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM on Saturday, and from 10 AM to 4 PM on Sunday. Additionally, if you would like to operate a booth at the flea market, you can do so at stewartpromotions.com.

In case you miss the spring extravaganza (not likely, but I have to say it), the summer flea market will happen July 11-13. The fall event is set for September 26th through the 28th, and the last market for 2025 will take place December 5-7.

And I mean it when I say, "I'll see you at the Owensboro Convention Center in March." I wouldn't miss it for the world.
