A popular ice cream parlor with two locations in Kentucky has recently been named the best in the state.

Ice cream is the perfect snack for summertime. Whether it be a soft serve in a cone, a milkshake, a parfait, or a sundae, you really can't go wrong with ice cream this time of year. Personally, I am a basic guy when it comes to ice cream. Just give me vanilla or birthday cake flavor, and I am happy. Just writing this makes me want a birthday cake batter milkshake. According to 'Love Food', the best ice cream parlor in Kentucky has two locations in Lexington. Crank & Boom Craft Ice Cream has been featured in the national press, including PEOPLE Magazine, the New York Times, and Cooking Channel. So it might not come to much of a surprise to some that they were named the best ice cream parlor in the Bluegrass State.
