Indiana Landowners Could Benefit

For Indiana landowners looking for a little piece of the tourism pie, you have some options. If you've never considered renting out your land to campers, let this be the catalyst to get the gears turning.

Rent Your Land to Campers

You can rent your land to campers using a site called HipCamp. It works similarly to the short-term rental site Airbnb, but for camping. Property owners can list their land for potential campers to come and stay.

Hipcamp properties range from two acres to thousands, from basic land to developed campgrounds, from rustic cabins to glamping tents, from working farms to vacation rentals. This diversity of options makes Hipcamp special, and we bet your land has something great to offer the community.

How HipCamp Works

This is a great way to welcome visitors to the Hoosier state, allowing them to have viewing access to the total solar eclipse, and a place to spend the night, as well as an opportunity to make a little extra cash as a landowner. It is free to list your land on HipCamp and their fees are minimal - they take a 10% commission that goes towards their processing fees, insurance, etc.

There are guidelines of course, but to learn how you can list your land,  visit, HipCamp.com.
