Get ready to be amazed by the stunning sculptures that will adorn the sandy shores of Indiana Dunes. Save the date and get ready for a day of artistic expression and friendly competition.
When to Register
On the day of the event, the registration table will be open on the east side of the Beach Pavilion from 9:00 a.m., but eager groups are welcome to start as early as 7:00 a.m. Don't miss out on the chance to showcase your masterpiece! Judging will begin in the afternoon, with the highly anticipated awards ceremony at 1:00 p.m.
Cast Your Vote for People's Choice
Even if you're not participating as a sculptor, you can still get involved in the fun. Between noon and 1:00 p.m., the "People's Choice Award" voting will take place. Be sure to cast your vote for your favorite sand sculpture. Your opinion counts!
Winners Will Be Selected in Several Categories
A panel of park volunteers will evaluate the sculptures to determine winners in various categories. Expect to see awards for the funniest, most creative, and most thematic sculptures in both the adult and child categories. The competition is fierce, and the talent on display is truly awe-inspiring.
