I Prevail recently dropped their second album, Trauma, which confronts the mental health struggle head-on. In celebration, the group launched a pop-up "trauma room" at UCLA, inviting students to step in and smash some stuff to vent their frustrations while listening to I Prevail's "Bow Down."

The wood structure featured three walls which were branded with the band's logo and album art insignia. On the open side, students were able to enter the room, equipped with blunt force weapons like a baseball bat or a crowbar, to smash furniture and plates.

Scroll through the slideshow posted on the Fearless Records Instagram page to see some of the action.

Items like stress balls were also distributed at the pop-up event. Not content to simply let destroying things fuel a catharsis, I Prevail also partnered with Hope For the Day, a non-profit suicide prevention and mental health outreach organization, to further help students with whatever emotional distress they may be experiencing.
