Nobody likes a thief and nobody likes to have their hard earned money stolen. In the digital age that we live in though it seems to be easier for criminals to get their hands on our banking information. In fact, I was recently the victim of fraudulent charges made using my debit card. I'm not sure how the perpetrator came to acquire my card information, but one common way that crooks get card info is by installing a device known as a skimmer. Thanks to some law enforcement officials in Texas, I now know how to detect a skimmer device on an ATM. Take a look so you can keep your personal information and money safe.
