There have been many folks over the years that try to put on MMA shows in the Tri-State, and they all end up being “one and done” – except for Jeff Osborne and the Hook-N-Shoot. These events have been providing live and local MMA fights since 1995 – and you have the chance to experience it this Saturday night!

Hook-N-Shoot “Tribute to the Troops” is this Saturday night at 7pm at the Evansville Coliseum. This is another huge lineup of fights that could easily fill up two events. The main event of the evening features Evansville's own knockout artist, Markus Hall defending his HnS title against #1 contender Bobby Orrosco. Markus Hall is such an athletic and dynamic fighter, and he always put on an entertaining fight (check out the video below to see how quickly he can end a fight). You can also see area fighters Christian Kratz, Ryan Conaway and David Hall, plus a women's match and over 12 other feature fights.

And as a fun and special treat for fans, the event will feature “Grapple Mania.” If it kinda sounds like something you’d see at a WWE show, that’s because it kinda is. It will be a legit grappling tournament (Royal Rumble style) with real fighters and real action – but the guys will come out dressed liked their favorite professional wrestler. Should be a great time!

Once again it's family night, which means all children 10 and under are admitted absolutely free! Anyone with a valid military or veteran ID card get in for just $10 as we salute the men and women of our military. Tickets are available at Main Gate, Joe’s Records, and Show Me’s (east and west).
