Cure Skateshop in Henderson, Kentucky recently did something super cool. They placed a few complete skateboards around Henderson for lucky people to find and enjoy. On each skateboard was a note that read:

To whoever finds this- Enjoy it or pass it on to someone who needs it, please!  Cure Skateshop

What a cool way to give back to the community.  When my brother was younger he was an avid skateboarder, and I remember just how much money my parents spent on new boards for him over the years.   Cure Skateshop took to Facebook to share the photos and post the following:

I was so hyped to be able to place these completes in a couple areas in town that could best take advantage of them.
We wouldn’t have been able to do this without the help of donations from some of our amazing customers, as well as @dermbot and @tumyeto
The best part is that we still have more to give away, and you can still donate to help us give away even more! If you have any questions OR know of a low income family that could use one, please DM us!

It's really cool to see the community come together to share their passion for skating, and help those who may not be able to afford a board otherwise.  If you want to check out Cure Skateshop or stop in and make a donation to help them with this cause they're located at 120 N. Elm Street in Henderson.
