Guy Breaks Car Window With One Finger [VIDEO]

I have no idea how this works, but it's pretty cool.

What looks to me to be a firefighter training camp or something this firefighter teaches a guy to break a window by just tapping on it in a certain motion.  It's pretty cool to watch.  Now I'm not totally sure how it works, but woah it looks awesome.   (Which okay, side note if you haven't seen the hilarious video of the news anchor who can't break a car window, check this video out because I'm sure this guy would have loved to learn this trick before he went on the air)
