Good Samaritan Pays It Forward with New Shoes for Newburgh Indiana Zaxby’s Employee

I spotted a post on Facebook that warms my heart. When everything in the news seems to be doom & gloom, this story of Newburgh Zaxby's employee, Noah, was just what we all needed!

According to the Facebook account for Zaxby's in Newburgh, one of their employees, Noah, received a gift card from a customer who had noticed that his shoes were a little worse-for-wear. That customer left the restaurant, purchased a gift card to Shoe Carnival, and then came back to drop off the gift card for Noah.

Anyone who has ever worked in food service knows that a good pair of shoes can make all the difference in whether or not you leave work with tired aching feet and a sore back. As of now, the good samaritan hasn't come forward, but whoever you are... please know that you have restored a little more faith in humanity for me.
