It is officially Festivus for the rest of us! If you've never seen that episode of Seinfeld where George Costanza's father, Frank explains the origins of his made-up holiday that has caught some mainstream traction.

Festivus came to fruition after Frank became frustrated with the materialism of Christmas. There's no tree to decorate, but rather a metal pole or better known as the Festivus Pole. Also during the annual Festivus dinner, there is something called the Airing of Grievances where you tell your family members all the ways that they have disappointed you during the year. There is also the Feats of Strength! Festivus takes place annually on December 23rd.
