French Enforce Breathalyzers In All Vehicles

A new law in France all vehicles are required to carry a breathalyzer kit in their vehicles at all times. With over 4,000 deaths due to alcohol related accidents by law every motorist is required to have these kits in their vehicles. 

The point behind this you may ask, is so the motorist can check and see whether they are too drunk to drive. Any one that doesn't not have a kit in their vehicle will be fined 11 euros, which is around 14 dollars in US currency.
