Tax season is officially here. In fact, employers only have a few more days to get W2s into the hands of their employees. If you're anything like me and the idea of doing your own taxes exhausts you, there's some good news. Accounting students at the Romain College of Business on the campus of the University of Southern Indiana are offering both federal and state tax preparations for free for "middle-to-low income earners, senior citizens, students, and international students," according to a Facebook post on their page.

You can take advantage of this service is every Monday in February and Monday, March 2nd, and March 16th at 5:00 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. Appointments are required and can make yours by calling 812-464-1718. Of course, you'll want to make sure you bring the necessary documents: social security cards, photo IDs for yourself, your spouse, and any independents you'll be listing on your return, any applicable tax forms (W-2s, 1099s, etc.), and last year's tax returns.
