Flour Sold at Popular Retailers Recalled for Potential E. Coli Contamination
If you buy your flour at Walmart, Target or Aldi you may want to check your cabinets. According to a recall notice on the U.S. Food and Drug Administration website, the maker of King Arthur brand flour have issued a recall on more than 14,000 cases of their unbleached white flour in 5 pound bags due to potential for contamination with E. Coli from the wheat used to make the flour. The products impacted by the recall were distributed nationwide and sold at Walmart, Target and Aldi stores. Check your cabinets for King Arthur flour with the following Best Buy dates and lot numbers:

- BEST USED BY 12/08/19 LOTS: L18A08A, L18A08B
- BEST USED BY 12/14/19 LOTS: L18A14A, L18A14B, L18A14C
