Evansville’s Kids Kingdom to Get New Look and New Location

One Evansville playground is getting a new location and a major overhaul!

Kids Kingdom, currently located at Sunset Park off Waterworks Road in Evansville will soon have a new look and a new location. According to a Facebook page called Kids Kingdom 2, the new playground for the children of Evansville will be built near the Evansville Museum, along the Greenway.

There was a press conference held today featuring Mayor Lloyd Winnecke and Chief of Police, Billy Bolin. "We're going to build a Kids Kingdom that's going to blow the original Kids Kingdom out of the water," Chief Bolin said.
