Evansville Rescue Needing Donations of Online Auction Items

His weight is around 60 lbs. This super handsome boy is being fostered at All Breed Grooming, Boarding, and Daycare and does well with all the other puppers there. Blue is a patient gentleman and happily modeled his Halloween costume for photos. Blue was originally found as a stray and pulled from a partner shelter. At  the risk of sounding like a broken record, we all know what a bear of a year 2020 has been, and non-profits have been impacted greatly, by loss of revenue.  Many non-profits had to cancel key fundraising events this year, and are working hard to bridge the gap.

Each year around Christmas, It Takes A Village (ITV) in Evansville host an online auction.  It's nice because it's easy to participate in, and this year it fits in perfectly with social distancing guidelines since you can participate from home.  The auction takes place in December, and in the mean time they're needing donations of items to put into the auction.

We are excited to announce our 5TH ANNUAL online Christmas auction! The online Christmas auction will begin in just a few short weeks! We are now requesting items for the auction including gift cards, baskets, products, services, travel, paintings, purses, jewelry, electronics, games - really anything that can be donated and sold to raise money for our rescue. We prefer new items or VERY gently used items in like new condition. PLEASE make sure to attach a paper to the item that includes the estimated value and the donor name. Please drop off donations at the ITV Rescue Centers during open hours. Thank you!!

If you'd like to help out by donating an item, you can drop off the item at ITV's location at 1417 N. Stockwell in Evansville. Their hours are:

• Tuesdays 12-5 pm
• Wednesdays 12-7 pm
• Thursdays 12-5 pm
• Fridays 12-5 pm
• Saturdays 10 am-5 pm
• Closed Sunday & Monday
