Evansville Parks and Rec Hosting A Winter Hike Series!

It may be chilly out, but get your blood pumping and warm up with this awesome hiking series! 

The Department of Parks and Recreation and the Evansville Trails coalition have put together a series of Winter hikes! These hikes were created to encourage people to get some outdoor activities in year round.

Here's what Mayor Winnecke said via Facebook:

he Department of Parks and Recreation and the Evansville Trails Coalition are excited to announce a series of winter hikes designed to encourage citizens to participate in outdoor physical actives year round. The first City Park Winter Hike will be held this Sunday starting at Howell Wetlands. Two-mile and four-mile routes will available. The event is free and everyone is welcome
