A restaurant on Evansville's east side has been closed, temporarily, by the health department.

A post gone viral on Facebook shows a notice of closure from the Vanderburgh County Health Department posted on the door of Crazy Buffet on the east side of Evansville at 701 North Burkhardt Road, in front of Sam's Club. It appears that the restaurant was closed by the health department on October 31st. According to the Vanderburgh County Health Department:

after a routine inspection conducted on 10/31/17 the facility was closed due to unsanitary conditions found.

There is no word on exactly what those unsanitary conditions were or how long the doors will remain closed at Crazy Buffet.
