To say 2020 has been a bit of a stressful year is the understatement of the century.  The year has been a bit more like a dumpster fire.  Now with the election and the results taking longer than we're used to, tensions are high.  I feel like now more than ever we could all use a minute to decompress.  Just remember, this too shall pass.  It may in fact pass like a kidney stone, but it'll pass.

I know 2020 has been a rough year for everyone, I personally battle with pretty bad anxiety, and this year has definitely not been kind to my mental health.  Just know if you're in a rough spot, you aren't alone.  These small steps may not help long term, but if you're currently feeling more stressed and tense than usual, they may be a good way to help you decompress, even if just for a few minutes.

And remember, there's always help.  If you are in a rough place, and need help immediately, you can always contact the National Suicide Prevention Hotline free of charge at 800-273-8255.
