Can You Help Identify the People Who Abandoned Two Kittens at ITV No Kill Rescue?

It Takes a Village No-Kill Rescue is asking for the help of the public to identify the two people seen in surveillance video abandoning two sick kittens outside of the rescue outside of business hours. It is illegal in Indiana to abandon an animal. According to the rescue, the kittens were left in 83 degree heat with no water.
