Bourbon Bench Brawl for HopeKids July 6th!

This family friendly event showcases amazing strength, while raising money for an awesome cause! 

On Saturday July 6th, the Bourbon Bench Brawl will be taking over Nitro Fitness. The Bourbon Bench Brawl is a bench press competition put on by Nitro Fitness and Elite 949 Powerlifting. Even if you aren't competing, there's so much going on including food and raffles, and not to mention it's fun to watch too!  Oh and it's all to raise money for HopeKids!

HopeKids is an awesome nonprofit that helps kids and their families while kids battle life threatening medical conditions. Their mission states:

"HopeKids provides ongoing events, activities and a powerful, unique support community for families who have a child with cancer or some other life-­threatening medical condition. We surround these remarkable children and their families with the message that hope can be a powerful medicine."

The Bourbon Bench Brawl begins at 10AM on Saturday July 6th and will be going until 4PM. If you're wanting to lift, you can get registered by clicking here!

Come and prove your strength for a great charity. In honor and support of HopeKids and Relentless, Nitro Fitness and 949 Elite Powerlifting are hosting the Bourbon Bench Brawl bench press competition. $20 entry fee, touch n go rules, weight classes apply. We will be grilling out, Spuds N Stuff will be in the house and what’s a strength competition without cupcakes and donuts? Plus, there will be healthier choices for those on a cut. (It wouldn’t be Nitro without that.) If spectating is more your thing, $5 to watch (which includes a same day pass to train at Nitro if you aren’t already a member) ALL ENTRY FEES, DONATIONS AND MONEY RAISED ARE FOR HOPEKIDS.
