Big Lots! Returns to KY and TN as 219 Stores Reopen Nationwide

Despite having closed multiple stores across the United States, including here in Evansville, Indiana, Big Lots! has revealed that it is reopening just over 200 of them.

Unfortunately, for those of us here in Evansville, it looks like our stores will remain closed, but for other folks across the country, the discount retailer is expecting to welcome customers to 78 additional stores set to reopen on June 5th.

Kentucky and Tennessee Among States Getting Stores Back

The newly reopened stores in Kentucky and Tennessee, as well as seven other states, will add to the total of 219 Big Lots! stores reopening in what the company calls "a significant milestone in the brand’s resurgence," which it credits to its new owners, Variety Wholesalers.

Customers Celebrate Return of Big Lots! Bargains

The reopenings began in April and have continued in phases as the more than 200 stores have welcomed customers eager to find good deals.

Returning loyal customers and new shoppers alike have expressed enthusiasm for the wide array of branded favorites and incredible bargains across all categories, including apparel and home decor.
