Farm-to-table is one of the hottest dining trends across the country, and one Indiana city among the best according to a recent survey.

What Exactly Is Farm-to-Table Dining?

Farm-to-table is one of the biggest trends in dining in recent years. As the name implies, it centers around food that it taken from local farms and served at the tables of community restaurants, and cutting out distributors, stores, or wholesalers.

Farm-to-Table = Fresh, High Quality Ingredients

By buying foods straight from the farm, and eliminating the "middle-man," restaurants are able to serve their customers meals made with high quality, fresh ingredients.
