This week brings the band new Jennifer Garner action/revenge flick Peppermint and with it we get a brand new track from Geno Lenardo with a vocal assist from New Years Day's Ash Costello.

Lenardo's credits include time with Filter as well as a number of TV, film and video game compositions. He teams with Costello who lends a powerful vocal presence to the electronic and doomy new song "Push Me." This darkly heavy track will be part of the Peppermint soundtrack, which mostly features original music by composer Simon Franglen along with original works from Lenardo. Lenardo and Costello co-wrote "Push Me" along with Aaron Edwards.

The Peppermint soundtrack will be released by Lakeshore Records digitally on Sept. 7 coinciding with the release of the film. You can pick it up here.

The movie stars Garner as Riley North, a woman who awakens from a coma after her husband and daughter are killed in a brutal attack. When the attempt to prosecute those responsible for the actions proves unsuccessful, Riley goes off the grid in order to transform herself into an urban warrior, ready to exact her own brand of justice.
