Beautiful Rachel returns as 103GBF Hometown Honey of the week.

Lots has changed for this girl since we last featured her.

We'll let her share the news in her own words!

"My name is Rachel, I am an 18 year old senior at Evansville North High School. I was featured twice in 2012 as a Hometown Honey. The last time was in June 2012, just after my 18th birthday, I was 2012 USA National Miss Indiana Teen and was getting ready to leave for the national pageant. A LOT has happened since then! Back in September, I won the Miss Teenager of America 2013 national title and will represent the USA at the international Miss Teenager Universe 2013 pageant in July 2013 in Panama, Central America. I am also more than halfway through my senior year, and have decided to attend college here at home in Evansville.
