A day before Tenacious D was supposed to play in Christchurch, NZ,  Jack Black discovered a couple of young street performers and offered them a chance to open the concert.

In a scene from Jeremy Konner’s documentary ‘D Tour: A Tenacious Documentary’, Black was taking a stroll through Cathedral Square when he heard a couple of pint-size rockers playing Bob Dylan's "All Along The Watchtower."

Rather than only offering them change, Black squeezes them in as an opening act for Tenacious D. The 10-Year-Olds, who call themselves Black Tear, rocked the house at the show. Black also mentions during the clip that the band has been approached by three major record labels.

Hows that for a 'School Of Rock'?
