The quarantine 15 has not been kind to me. This past year, I've gained more weight than I care to discuss but I will discuss it because there has to be at least ONE person out there who is feeling my pain too.
A few years ago, I lost about 50 pounds after I made a few really small changes and until this year have kept it off. But my schedule was thrown off (thanks COVID) and I got lazy. But I am determined to get back on the wagon and share my healthy life hacks with you.
Now before you are all like, "NOPE. Peace." hear me out. None of these hacks require planning, patience, something green, energy (ok a little energy) or anything that hard. They are itty bitty changes in your day-to-day that can add up. Try out a couple and see!
