I thought I would share some premiere dates of the shows I typically watch and why you should be watching them! (and a link to all other premiere dates, don't worry! I'm not THAT selfish.)

MONDAYS:

Gotham
Premieres: Sept 19th @7 on FOX

I'll be the first to admit that the first season of Gotham was a little tough and go there for a bit. But they definitely knew what they were doing for season 2! Last season was AMAZING. Sometimes shows have to rely on "filler episodes" to get through a season (*cough* Supernatural *cough*) but Gotham never has to rely on those. There never seems to be anything "unnecessary" put into an episode, which makes it all the more entertaining. Hopefully season 3 continues that trend.

Also, they recast Pamela Isley for this season. In season 1 and 2 she was this little waif thin homeless 13 year old that just really liked plants. They recast her for season 3 aaaaaand let's just say puberty was kind to her.

Supergirl
Premieres: Oct. 10th @7 on CW (moved from CBS)

Yeah, I know, I've got 2 DC shows competing for my attention in the exact same time slot. I'll probably watch Gotham when it airs and then catch up on Supergirl on Tuesdays.

To be honest, I didn't watch Supergirl when it was on CBS, but as soon as I heard it was moving to the CW, which already has a BUNCH of other DC shows I thought "Aw maaaan...now I've got to catch up on this." Because you can't have THAT MANY DC shows on ONE channel and NOT have a crossover episode. (And I was right, they're doing a two or three part MAJOR crossover with The Flash, Arrow, AND Legends of Tomorrow.) I'm still in the process of catching up on season 1, but I'm really liking it so far.

Lucifer
Premieres: Sept 19th @8 on FOX

There's always that one character in a drama show that is the "comedic relief". In the case of Lucifer, the "comic relief" is the main character, Lucifer Morningstar. And I love it.

Essentially, if you didn't know, the whole premise of the show is: Lucifer takes a vacation in LA. A vacation from Hell. And other angels aren't happy about this. But it's Lucifier, so obviously, he doesn't give a sh*t. Along the way he learns about humanity and "feelings" and such by essentially stalking an LAPD detective that he really wants to bang. THAT'S the premise of the show. And it surprisingly works SO WELL. It's got comedy, drama, life lessons, and is well put together. I highly recommend it.

Timeless (NEW!)
Premieres: Oct. 3rd @9 on NBC

Let's face it, I'm a sucker for time travel shows...

TUESDAYS:

The Flash
Premieres: Oct. 4th @7 on CW

Let's see how Barry fixes this colossal clusterf**k that HE created at the end of last season. Seriously Barry...WTF???

Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
Premieres: Sept. 20th @9 (NEW TIME) on ABC

I'm about an entire season behind on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and, honestly, I WAS going to give up on it...but then I found out that Ghost Rider is going to be in this season...*sigh*...I've got a lot of catching up to do...

Drunk History
Premieres: Sept. 27th @9:30 on Comedy Central

Drunk people tell history.

Celebrities recreate these drunk stories.

Hilarity ensues.

WEDNESDAYS:

Lethal Weapon (NEW!)
Premieres: Sept. 21st @7 on FOX

Arrow
Premieres: Oct. 5th @7 on CW

Gonna be honest...I don't even remember a lot of what happened last season. All I know is that Damien Darhk is dead, the Black Canary is dead, Olicity is no more, and Arrow needs to step up it's game if it wants me to keep watching...

Frequency (NEW!)
Premieres: Oct. 5th @8 on CW

Again...the time travel stuff just GETS me...

THURSDAYS:

Legends of Tomorrow
Premieres: Oct. 13th @8 on CW

I am SUPER pumped for the introduction of the Justice Society of America! Also, the Legion of Doom is coming! AKA: Malcolm Merlyn, Damien Darhk (I assume PAST Damien Darhk considering he just died on Arrow...), Reverse-Flash, and Captain Cold (WHAT? Isn't he dead too??) And will Hawkman and Hawkgirl come back or will their positions on the team be filled by other people?? I HAVE QUESTIONS AND I WANT ANSWERS!

FRIDAYS:

Luke Cage (NEW!)
Premieres: Sept. 30th on Netflix

Let the binge watching BEGIN!

SATURDAYS:

Saturday Night Live
Premieres: Oct. 1st @10:30 on NBC

Tarran Killam, Jay Pharoah, and Jon Rudnitsky are gone.

Mikey Day, Alex Moffat, and SNL's first ever Latino cast member Melissa Villasenor are joining the cast this season.

No news yet on who the first host and musical guest of the season will be though...

SUNDAYS:

Westworld (NEW!)
Premieres: Oct. 2nd @8 on HBO

THIS. LOOKS. SO. DAMN. GOOD.

The Walking Dead
Premieres: Oct. 23rd @8 on AMC

WHO DIED!!!???? That's all I want to know! Who was Lucille's victim!? I know it wasn't Rick, Carl, or Daryl because the last thing Negan said was "Anybody moves, anybody says anything, cut the boy's other eye out (Carl) and feed it to his father (Rick) and THEN we'll start." So obviously Carl and Rick are safe. And, logically, if you want this show to still get a substantial amount of viewers you'll keep Daryl alive for as long as you can. #IfDarylDiesWeRiot
