Screw the catchphrase… you ARE worthy. Not to meet Alice Cooper, of course, but to catch the return of Wayne’s World as it hits theaters nationwide to celebrate the flick’s 25th anniversary!

The anniversary of Mike Myers and Dana Carvey’s legendary comedy is a sacred one, so Wayne’s World is set to screen in 800 theaters across the U.S. on Feb. 7 and Feb. 8. Based on one of Saturday Night Live’s most iconic sketches, the public-access rock comedy features memorial appearances from Rob Lowe, Chris Farley, Meat Loaf and (schwing!) Tia Carrere.

The film’s re-release will also showcase a discussion with Mike Myers, Dana Carvey, Rob Lowe, Tia Carrere, Colleen Camp, Robert Patrick, SNL producer Lorne Michaels and Wayne’s World director Penelope Spheeris.

Wayne’s World was originally released on Valentine’s Day, 1992. Earning $183 million at the box office, Wayne’s World was the 10th highest grossing film of 1992 and the most commercially successful of all 11 movies based on Saturday Night Live skits.
