Watch Linkin Park and Ken Jeong Do Carpool Karaoke

I will never listen to "Numb" the same way again.

One week before his death, Chester Bennington filmed an episode of Carpool Karaoke with Ken Jeong for Apple Music. After his death it was announced that they would only air that episode with permission from Bennington's family.

Thankfully, they got permission, and we get to see Chester rocking out and having a good time. Which is kind of surreal when you watch it, knowing that just 7 days after this was filmed, he was found dead. I don't mean to be a Debbie Downer, but that's all I could think about while watching this. And it kind of made me appreciate it a bit more. While his death was very sad and he dealt with a lot in his head...This was the person he was when he wasn't battling his demons. He liked to have fun. Sing. Dance. Talk about his kids and how awesome they are.

This is how he would want us to remember him: Happy.
