UNSCRIPTED 2: Another Indie Film Xperience

Verite Cinema, in association with the Daviess County Public Library, brings you UNSCRIPTED 2; the second outing of this highly successful independent short film series that was featured on PBS. This six week series offers the best local and regional indie fare, however, this is more than just your average screening. Following a brief Q&A session with the filmmaker, the audience is asked to view the film a second time and participate in an interactive “anything can happen” audio commentary experience.

That’s right, you get to be apart of a live dialogue with the filmmaker, along with cast and crew, discussing the various facets of indie filmmaking. We are also introducing a new artistic element into the fold. We will be featuring live acoustic sets from local singer/song writers. What film venue would be complete without drinks and popcorn? All FREE and provided by local sponsors. There will also be special door prizes and give aways. The film event is free to the public and takes place every Saturday starting June 15th until Saturday, July 27th, 2013 (excludes the weekend of July 6th). Doors open at 6 pm featuring live music, film screenings will begin at 6:30 pm. 10 films, 10 filmmakers. When it’s Unscripted, anything goes.
