United Caring Services Issues White Flag Status for Tonight

Evansville's United Caring Services have issued a White Flag status tonight, signaling that all men, woman and children are welcome due to the impending cold. They are asking the public to donate some critical needs.

In order to accommodate the additional guests at the United Caring Services due to the freezing conditions and the White Flag status, meaning that all are welcome tonight because of the dropping temperatures in hopes of getting as many people off the streets as possible. Due to the increase in visitors, UCS is asking for the help of the public. They are in need of some crucial items including twin sized blankets, bath towels and 6 ft foam mats to use for sleeping.
